The purpose of this survey is to gather information about various viewpoints and understandings on sexual orientation and gender identity within our church community. It is a very important step in hearing everyone’s voice as we move forward in our discussion together. All ages are welcomed and encouraged to fill out this survey. Paper copies are available on the MCN Entrance Table; however, the Design Team prefers your completion of the online survey if at all possible because it makes compilation so much easier.
